Price Chopper, House Springs.  A new three (3) year contract was ratified on January 9, 2008 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires February 5, 2011.

Dierbgers Central Design.  A new three (3) year contract was ratified on January 10, 2008. Contract expires December 31, 2010.

McKesson Corporation.  A new three (3) year contract was ratified on January 19, 2008. Contract expires November 30, 2010.

Elsberry IGA.  A new three (3) year contract was ratified on January 21, 2008 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires July 1, 2010.

Fricks Market-Union.  A new three (3) year contract was ratified on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires September 5, 2010.

Johnny's Market.  A new three (3) year contract was ratified on Wednesday, February 6, 2008 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires February 13, 2011.

Packers By Products.  A new three (3) year contract was ratified on Thursday, February 7, 2008. Contract expires October 25, 2001.

Belleville Shoe.  A new three (3) year contract was ratified on February 28, 2008 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires February 28, 2011.

Holten Meat (Office, maintenance, etc., employees).  A new five (5) year contract was ratified on February 29, 2008 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires July 31, 2012.

McDonnell's Market.  A new contract was ratified on Thursday, March 2, 2008. Contract expires July 31, 2012.

Edy's Grand Ice Cream.  A new three (3) year contract was ratified on March 13, 2008 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires January 31, 2011.

Denton Service Station.  A new contract has been ratified. Contract expires March 31, 2009.

Holten Meat.  A contract ratification meeting was held March 29, 2008. A new contract has been accepted. The new contract expires February 15, 2013.

Wonder Bread.  A new contract was ratified on April 14, 2008 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires August 13, 2013.

Dolly Madison.  A new contract was ratified on April 15, 2008 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires March 23, 2013.

Value City.  A new contract was ratified on April 25, 2008 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires May 10, 2010.

Foodland, Holly Hills.  The contract is on a day to day extension. 

Queens Pacific.  Contract expired May 25, 2007.  An opening letter has been sent to the Company.  An opening meeting was held on Monday, March 26, 2007. Negotiations are ongoing.

Queens Market, Pevely/Barnhart.  Contract expired November 22, 2007. An opening letter has been sent to the Company. An opening contract meeting was conducted Tuesday, October 16, 2007. Negotiations are ongoing.

Queens IGA - Hillsboro.  Contract expired February 15, 2008. An opening letter has been sent to the Company. An opening contract meeting was held on January 15, 2008. Negotiations are ongoing.

Edmonds Chile.  Contract expired March 31, 2008. An opening letter has been sent to the Company.

Bills Market and Meats.  Contract expired March 31, 2008. An opening letter has been sent to the Company. Contract negotiations are scheduled for mid-May.

Western Plastics.  Contract expired March 31, 2008. An opening letter has been sent to the Company. An opening meeting was held on February 27, 2008. Negotiations are ongoing.

Kroger, Poplar Bluff.  Contract expires June 19, 2008. An opening letter has been sent to the Company.

Fricks Market, Sullivan.  Contract expires June 22, 2008. An opening letter has been sent to the Company. An opening contract meeting will be held on April 29, 2008. No negotiations are scheduled at this time.

Denton Service Station.  A one year contract has been signed March 12, 2007 with an expiration date of April 1, 2008.

Western Plastics.  A new agreement on the wage and health & welfare opener was ratified on April 11, 2007.

American Beverage. A new three (3) year contract was ratified on Tuesday, July 10th by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires April 30, 2010.

Schnuck Markets GSLFEC (Greater St. Louis Food Employers' Council). A new three (3) year contract was ratified on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires May 16, 2010.

Dierbergs Market GSLFEC (Greater St. Louis Food Employers' Council). A new three (3) year contract was ratified on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 by an overwhelming majority. Contract expires May 16, 2010.
